Pernille Rosenbæk and Henry Stevens opened Auren's Deli in 2022 in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. It is a neighborhood grocery shop, delicatessen, and bar. Everything it serves is made with well-chosen ingredients and high-quality produce from mainly local farms.
