We have made returns super easy. If the product you wish to return is in new and unused condition, and you give us notice within 14 days of receiving it, you can pack it back in the original packaging and send it back to us. We do, however, not cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned product. If the conditions are good, we’ll refund the total amount or exchange the product.

To initiate your return, please email contact@anotheraspect.org within 14 days of receiving the items. In your email, please include your order number, your name, a brief description of the reason for returning the product, and whether you want to exchange the product.

Holiday return

Gift without worry. We are offering extended returns throughout the holiday season. If you wish to return a gift please get in touch with us before 30.01.2024 for return instructions.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return arrives at our office, it will usually take our team up to 2 business days to check in the return and make the refund.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately, we can’t cover the shipping cost of returns at the moment. We are always working on making it easier and less painful for our customers to return products.
