Since its beginning, Kennedy Magazine has chosen to highlight the work and craftsmanship of individuals that work to find a voice within a globalised establishment, where it can be hard to raise a different voice among the overwhelming noise of overabundant information.

When we were approach to do a piece together with them, we thought to work on a classic stable; the overshirt, worn in many different ways over the years, be it over a t-shirt or even as a light jacket on warm summer days. By taking cues from classic piece and combining them with our own aesthetics, we wanted to create something that has character while being around for many years into the future.

Our main inspiration came from the shirt that Agnés B designed for Chet Baker in the movie "Let's Get Lost". It was a take on the iconic CPO navy shirt with a zip and two front pockets. We also took notes from military khaki shorts and came up with our version for summer times.By taking cues from classic piece and combining them with our own aesthetics, we wanted to create something that has character while being around for many years into the future.

Pre-order is open now until August 9th and the shirt will be shipped within 2 weeks after.

We believe that the maintenance of any garments is core and a way of showing love for your garments. We do our very best to create beautiful, sustainable, and long-lasting products, but to get the most out of them and keep them as sustainable as possible they need to be cared for. Keep clean, but don’t wash too often. It’s natural to want to clean and neat for your garments, but please wear your shirt more than one day before you throw it into the washer. Often, garments don’t need a wash but simply a bit of fresh air, a brush, or some ironing will do the trick. The result of not washing your garment that often? Your favorite garment would last longer, save water, and be good for the environment. But there’s more to it than that, taking care of your garments doesn’t take more time or effort - it will save you time. All it takes is a little know-how, so here we gathered a few tips to help maintain your garments and making the most out of your investment and keeping our planet in good shape.
